"I was told I would need a C-section because of how big my baby was measuring. That was the one thing I wanted to avoid. Because of this course, I spoke up for myself and was able to have a vaginal delivery and didn't even tear."

Meet Dr. Laura Le
Hello, I’m Dr. Laura Le, and I believe motherhood is a transformative journey that deserves compassionate support, holistic healing, and practical tools. As a chiropractor with over 23 years of experience, I specialize in prenatal and pediatric care, providing mothers with the guidance they need through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery. I continue to be in active practice, which keeps me closely connected to the evolving needs of moms-to-be and new mothers, and the unique challenges they face.
In my practice, I’ve witnessed firsthand the challenges women experience during pregnancy and postpartum—physically, emotionally, and mentally. With the ever-changing healthcare landscape, it’s more important than ever for mothers to access the right resources and guidance. That’s why I created Postpartum Reimagined and my online courses: to offer a holistic, empowering approach to help women heal, thrive, and reclaim balance during this transformative phase of life.
